Hi gang, I'm wishing you all a happy Halloween with my favorite photo of my sister Della Ann Binder. I'll always miss her. We made this scary man together & sat him in her window by the front door. Some of the kids thought he was real until they got inside. They didn't want to take the candy from his bowl. Enjoy the spooky day! Leslie
Thank you for keeping mom alive in our hearts with her Halloween guy....those were good memories. That was exciting to see that the movie was being filmed right there. Uncle Evan and I went to see Aunt Betty today. We were going twice a week but that was a little much for him so we are going once a week now. It is very fun and we always have lunch afterwards which is really enjoyable....Naomi

ReplyDeleteI remember Mom used to call this halloween guy Mr. Blaz. Don't think that is how it is spelled, but will spell phoenetically. I remember one year mom had it in a chair away from the window for the night, and Dad came home from somewhere, it was night time, and it scared the living heck out of him....I remember laughing so hard, and can still hear mom's laughter at that one.
