Family, if you're a novice to video's like me and the video is jerky, let it play once to fully load it and then play it again. The second time shouldn't be jerky. You can click the button that's second from right to get a large screen. You can go back or forward by moving the little blue button that makes a blue line. There is no sound so if the noise bothers you, turn down your speaker volume. Leslie
