Hi family, Welcome to our new members!
Here's what the Wood family has been up to. We're all in good health. Boyd , Sheryl & Josh had a great time on their 2 week trip east in Sept. They attended the Wood family reunion in West Virginia & took tours of our nation's capital & other historic sites. They took lots of photos which I will soon add to our albums here. They brought home enough old family photos & Wood gravestone photos to keep me busy all winter adding them to our family history.
While they were gone David & I did some barnyard organizing. We cleared a large area for extra parking & for Lisa to have a flower garden next spring.
Now Boyd & David are working hard everyday on their pump service business & the old farm is busy with hay buyers.
Best wishes to all, Leslie
From the Desk of Christopher Aller It has been a while since I updated anybody so here is the short version. May 6, 2006 is our wedding day. I married Tiffany Anne Lewis of Mountain Home, PA. I have the same job with the TABC, Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission working in Dallas County Texas as a State Police Officer. Tiffany recenlty started working for American Airlines as a recruiter for the HR Department. We recently took our first 'benefit' trip. We flew up Friday to Seattle and back on Sunday morning. We're lucky enough to get first class seating on the trip home. We are enjoying life and looking forward to fall and the cooler weather here. This time of year is when our electric bills are less since no need for air conditioning. I hope all is well with everyone. I don't know if it is posted but here is my email. caller1219@hotmail.com Happy Fall!! Christopher Aller
ReplyDeleteChris, nice to hear from you again. We didn't use much air conditioning last summer but we might have to mortgage the house to pay for heating oil for this old two-story house this winter. Sounds like you & Tiffany have been busy. If you would like to add a photo album here we'd love to see any photos you'd like to share with us. I got a kick out of the kitten photos that were just added here. We're building a tall white vinyl fence to hide our barnyard junk on this old farm, but will take Thanksgiving day off to be with our family. I hope all of you have an enjoyable day. I will try to add some of our holiday photos soon. Wishing you all the best. Leslie
