HAPPY VALENTINES DAY ALL!!!! I hope everyone is doing well. We are as busy as always. My son Chris, who turned 16 in October, is driving all over Spokane, so please make sure you stay off the side walks -- HA HA HA Chris is also working at Shopko on the South Hill as a cashier, mostly on weekends. He started as a Christmas worker, and now he has been rehired to permanent part time worker. He is excited, and doing really well there. I am so glad he can drive himself most places because with my severe fibro myalgia junk, etc.. it is getting harder and harder for me to get around a lot like I used to. My nephew Jim (Jeanne's son) entered the Navy last week. I am really proud of him for this decision. He has been in contact with my son Bryan a lot before making this decision. ANCHORS AWAY MY BOY -- ANCHORS AWAY!!! My son Bryan has been in the Navy now for over 8 years. He is in the process of getting his bachelor's degree in February. What might that be you ask???? Actually I forgot again -- par for the course of my memory. Also Bryan is going into Officer's training, and will have to move back to Florida for awhile for the training . Bryan and Michelle are doing really well. We finally received the video tape of their wedding and reception (they were married August 3rd, 2001) for Christmas. I really miss them, and am praying that they get to come up here for a visit before they have to head to Florida. My millions of cats (just kidding) are doing quite well, and as spoiled as ever. We lost our beloved Chief (German Shepherd) on November 9th to a tumor we didn't know he had, that had burst. I thought he had a stomach ache, boy were we shocked to learn what was really wrong. We miss him terribly, yet know he is in a much better place running and playing in God's house. We still have our Little Sir Eddie Kabibill dachsund, who trully is a joy to have around. I just love him, and wish I could raise dachsunds someday because I know a lot of people would surely enjoy these little guys, if they don't already. I am going to try and visit this site more often if possible because I especially love to read everyone's letters telling what they and their families have been doing. This is so much easier than writing each person a letter. Thank you so much Aunt Leslie for all the hard work you have put into this site to make it so great!!! All our love and prayers to everyone -- Bev Binder-Baker
