Our Thoughts & Prayers Are With You
Boyd Wood's cousin could use our prayers. On Christmas evening we found out that she has rare terminal cancer. It came on very sudden. She had her 58th birthday this week and she & her husband had told us in their Christmas card that they were leaving Jan. 6th for a Cruise to celebrate. Now she is on morphine under Hospice care. Please pray for Betty & her husband Victor. Thank you, Leslie & Boyd
ReplyDeleteUpdate on prayer list: Evan's operation will be on the morning of Jan. 29th. Please keep him and wife Betty in your prayers. Boyd's cousin died of cancer this morning. She leaves her husband, two brothers and many friends.
ReplyDeleteUpdate on prayer list: Evan's operation- Evan came through his operation well yesterday. He has sat up and walked a few steps. He will be in the hospital for 4-5 more days. Son Jim is taking care of his mother, cooking and driving. Evan & Betty still need our prayers.

ReplyDeleteWilma is having surgery Tuesday. Please keep her in your prayers. Jaime said that the surgery is to prepare for her chemo and radiation treatments. She will have a couple tubes implanted for IV and feeding and start the treatments on April 1. Thanks Jaime for keeping us informed. Please give your mom our love. Leslie
ReplyDeleteDear family, Wilma Mikesell has had her esophagus removed and now is in intensive care with a collapsed lung. Please keep her and her family in your thoughts and prayers.Leslie
ReplyDeletePlease keep Mike & Pat Binder in your prayers. Mike is in the hospital in Illinois after being diagnosed with MS. He is now in therapy and was able to use a walker for a short while yesterday. He hopes to leave the hospital around the 1st of October. Pat spent 4 days in the hospital in Spokane for heart problems. He came home last night. Leslie

ReplyDeleteMom's sister, MaryAnn, finally had to move her husband into a nursing home today because of his alzheimers. It's been a tough, hard decision for her. Please remember to pray for MaryAnn & Ken and their family. Gerri
ReplyDeletePrayers are needed for Lonnie. His foot has gangrene and the doctors say they will have to remove his remaining leg, at the hip, when the infection reaches the bone. He has developed diabetes. Please remember him and Kathy in your prayers. Leslie

Kathy you are an angel sent from God to Lonnie years ago. Thank you so much for all of the love, caring, etc., that you have given Lonnie through the years. Pray Lonnie, God wants to listen to you. Give all your problems to God he can handle anything. You have to ask him to help you from the bottom of your heart, and most of all BELIEVE. My love and prayers to both of you. Carlos is having shoulder surgery on the 1st of June, 2009. We pray for his speedy recovery. Thelma is not feeling well right now and could use your thoughts and prayers. She has Parkinson's. Leslie
