I'm entered under my own e-mail address so now I can respond to your websight. Sorry, I was able to read the messages but forgot my password and name so it would't let me write. It wouldn't let me sign up again under a new name because I was already signed up. Mike helped me sign up now. Talked to mom and Dad tonight they said they had a nice visit with Bev the other day, they sure enjoyed seeing her and Chris. I hope your family reuion went well. Hope it wasn't too hot? I thought I would see something about it on the web but I guess I'm a little early, just anxious I guess. I love the pictures of your farm Aunt Leslie. Now a little about my family. Grant my youngest just turned 3 yesterday. We had a party outside with four of his young friends. He had a great time. Michelle is 5 and starting kindergarten in 8 days. She will ride the schoolbus which she is looking forward to. Me too. She will be gone all day, from 8 till 3. Someone else will be entertaining her and cleaning up her messes during that time. She will do fine, she is very social and energetic hopefully she will be tired when she comes home. Mike does a lot a traveling, gone for the week then home for the weekend. He doesn't like it but it is part of the job now. Me I'm trying to sell Home Interiors. It gets me out of the house and I get to socialize with people, which I like to do. I don't have a scanner or anything like that so I can't send pictures, but will keep in touch. Love Anita Cooper
Hi noodles, Glad you're back. We had a great reunion. I'm sitting here with Lynn & LaRaine Dean & Aunt Della showing them my website. Glad to hear all about your family. I'll add more to you later but for now we all wanted to say hi. Della says you'll miss those kids when they get old enough to go to college. Love, Leslie
ReplyDeleteAnita, I'm back home away from the crowd so I'll finish my reply to your message. Yes, it was HOT at the picnic! About 100 degrees but we were in the shade with a slight breeze so it wasn't too bad. I don't think I drank enough water as I was dizzy the next day. I have been drinking lots since. Wish you all were there, some of the older family members might not be able to come if their health gets worse. Betty & Evan left when she got tired. Betty won Debby's huckleberry jam and Debby won Boyd's jelly. I made another angel bear and a little great granddaughter of Carlos & Darlene's won it. We have Rylee starting school here soon so I know what you mean about someone else taking care of the kids. We've got to get school supplies and new clothes & shoes for him next week. David's usually too busy to shop. It was good to hear about your family and activities. We miss you, Leslie
