I have been staying awake nights worrying about our family members, especially the ones that had belonged to our old MSN groups website. Since we have moved to Multiply groups, we only have 9 members. Some of you have legitimate reasons why you haven’t joined, but where are the rest of you? I've made a top ten list of some possible reasons for not joining us here:
1. You were so excited to join our “family fun” that you fell off of your desk chair and broke all of your fingers!
2. You have been kidnapped by terrorists and are being held, tied up, in some dark, damp basement!
3. You got hit by a car while you were trying to help a sweet old lady across the street and now have two broken legs!
4. Your computer got caught up in a hurricane and is “gone with the wind”!
5. You watched Miss
6. The economy is so bad you had to hock your computer!
7. You are working hard to help the poor in darkest
8. You were on “Survivor”, got lost on the island, and they are still looking for you!
9. You were in an elevator when it got stuck between floors and the elevator company had just laid off all of their workers!
10. Your internet quit on you weeks ago, you called the company to complain, and are still on “hold”!
Family, if you haven’t already, please join and you don’t even have to give a reason why you didn't join before. Hoping to welcome lots of new members soon, Leslie

Many of you who read this may not perceive the real value and benefit of keeping in touch with our extended family. I can tell you from recent experiences that Leslie and her/our website is a true blessing. Jot us a note and sign up.

Thanks Jim. I think the site is a great place to keep in touch. Without it I would be out of touch completely. I do wish I had more time to visit the site and add things, so does my Mother. I wish we could have a family get together, but I just do not have the time to organize it. Maybe someone else would be willing to take on the task.

ReplyDeleteWe've now had 12 members for a few months. I have done everything but stand on my head to get our old MSN family fun members to join us here, with little luck. Maybe I should change our name to "facebook". Oh well, I love to hear from you members that do take the time to add to our website. Best wishes to all, Leslie
